Leslie Johnston
Leslie Johnston, owner, and hearing specialist, has been working in the hearing healthcare field since 2015. She has a bachelor of science degree in communication diseases and disorders from Maryville University in TN. She worked at University Hospital as an audiology assistant while she was obtaining her degree. Upon completion, she went on to pursue her board certification in hearing instrument science.
From there, she has worked for Elite Hearing Centers and Augusta Hearing and Balance as a specialist. Leslie is a lifelong resident of the CSRA. Being born in Aiken, she attended MVHS, and calls Graniteville home. In her spare time she loves to travel with her husband of 22 years, Burk.
Office Manager
Bayli Burton
Bayli is an experienced Office Manager with over three years of supporting front desk operations and insurance verification in fast-paced office environments. She is known for her strong attention to detail, commitment to efficient workflows, and dedication to providing excellent service to both patients and team members. In her role, she coordinates scheduling, verifies insurance benefits, and serves as a reliable point of contact to help ensure a smooth and welcoming office experience.
Originally from Thomson, Georgia, she met her husband there before relocating to the Aiken area, where she has lived for the past five years. Outside of the office, she enjoys shopping, exploring new places, spending time with her husband and their three Labrador retrievers, and thrifting with her mother-in-law.
